ExamConqueror provides digital learning products including mock tests, e-books, PDF courses, study materials and subscription plans. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for purchases made on our platform.
A refund request may be considered within 7 days of purchase if: (a) you were charged twice for the same order, (b) the purchased digital product is unavailable or corrupted and cannot be fixed within 48 hours, or (c) a technical issue on our platform prevented access and support could not resolve it.
Refunds are generally not provided for: successfully downloaded e-books or PDFs, completed mock test attempts, partially used subscription periods, promotional or discounted combo plans marked as non-refundable, and products purchased during special sale events where refund terms were displayed at checkout.
To request a refund, email support@examconquorer.com or examconqueror1510@gmail.com with your registered mobile number, order ID, payment date and reason for the request. Our team will review the case within 3-5 working days and respond by email.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days. Actual credit time may vary depending on your bank, UPI provider or card issuer.
